The staff provided prompt assistance. They always greeted me with a smile. The rooftop area includes a pool and a bar. It provided a relaxing spot. I found the breakfast to be a great experience (especially the variety of fresh pastries!).
The noise from nearby trams was slightly noticeable at times.

The location was fantastic. Parking was secure and worth the price! i enjoyed the relaxing rooftop pool a lot. the amenities were nice, and the room was surprisingly quiet!
Our room lacked conditioner. That was a slight inconvenience.

gym noisesharp shower knob
The noise was a real problem. our room was near the gym, and i could hear weights slamming all morning. It woke me up several times. i also found a burn mark on the couch, weird, and the shower knob cut my finger, it was too sharp. i think they need to look into these issues.
